Conditions of Use
Use Meta Key websites, systems, information, and authorized access responsibly and only for legitimate purposes.
These Conditions describe general rules for interacting with Meta Key public websites and, where expressly applicable, controlled digital environments.
Product access, customer environments, evaluations, professional services, employment, contractor relationships, or other controlled activities may be governed by separate written agreements.
Use depends on context.
These Conditions apply generally to interaction with Meta Key public websites and related website functions.
Access to demonstrations, portals, restricted materials, customer systems, development environments, source code, confidential information, or other controlled resources may require additional authorization.
A separate signed agreement may establish additional or different requirements for the activity it governs.
Four operating principles.
Use only what you are authorized to use.
Access a resource, account, environment, feature, or dataset only when you have permission to do so.
Protect credentials and access.
Do not share credentials, bypass access controls, or defeat security mechanisms protecting a restricted system or resource.
Respect confidentiality and data boundaries.
Handle nonpublic, proprietary, customer, personal, or restricted information according to the authorization under which it was provided.
Do not disrupt or misuse the environment.
Use Meta Key resources in a manner consistent with their intended purpose and without impairing availability, integrity, or authorized operation.
Do not cross the access boundary.
The examples below are illustrative rather than exhaustive.
Do not attempt to enter accounts, systems, repositories, APIs, administrative functions, data, or other resources for which you do not have authorization.
Do not obtain, disclose, share, reuse, or misuse another person's authentication information or access authority.
Do not intentionally bypass, disable, defeat, or interfere with authentication, authorization, rate limits, security controls, logging, or other protective mechanisms.
Do not introduce malware, destructive code, abusive traffic, denial-of-service activity, or other mechanisms intended to damage or impair operation.
Do not impersonate another person, misrepresent your authority, or falsely represent an affiliation with Meta Key or its related organizations.
Do not use Meta Key websites or resources to engage in conduct prohibited by applicable law or the agreement governing your access.
Access is not ownership.
Access to Meta Key content, software, architecture, documentation, demonstrations, methods, systems, interfaces, source materials, or other technology does not itself transfer ownership or grant rights beyond the applicable authorization.
AI OS AWECORE™, Global AI Matrix™, Meta Key materials, and other proprietary assets remain subject to their applicable ownership, licensing, confidentiality, and contractual controls.
Do not treat possession, visibility, access, or use as evidence of title.Public and restricted are different.
Information intentionally presented for unrestricted public viewing.
Information or capabilities made available only to identified and authorized users.
Nonpublic information governed by confidentiality, contract, security, trade-secret, or other restrictions.
Customer, partner, vendor, licensor, or other third-party information remains subject to applicable rights and restrictions.
Authorization follows identity.
Do not assume or borrow another person's identity or credentials.
Maintain passwords, MFA factors, recovery mechanisms, and other authentication information securely.
The ability to technically reach a resource does not necessarily mean you are authorized to use it.
If you believe credentials, authorization, or protected access have been compromised, contact the appropriate Meta Key representative.
Context matters.
Website content may describe products, concepts, plans, capabilities, technical approaches, governance frameworks, or other information at a general level.
A public description should not be interpreted as granting access, establishing a contractual commitment, transferring intellectual property, or replacing the terms of a signed agreement.
Where a customer, partner, evaluator, employee, contractor, or other authorized party operates under a separate agreement, that agreement should be reviewed for the applicable rights and obligations.
Which rule governs?
General expectations for appropriate website and access behavior.
General legal terms applicable to website and service interaction.
Information about public website collection and handling of personal information.
Customer, licensing, employment, evaluation, services, or other relationship-specific terms.
Use access as granted.
By continuing to use an applicable Meta Key website or authorized resource, you are expected to comply with the access and use conditions applicable to that interaction.
If you do not understand the scope of your authorization, stop before accessing controlled information or systems and request clarification.
Not sure what your access permits?
Tell us what resource, environment, information, or activity you are trying to access.
