By accessing or using a Meta Key website or service covered by these Terms, you agree to comply with these Terms and applicable policies. If you are using a service on behalf of an organization, additional contractual terms may apply.

01

Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Meta Key LLC websites and services that reference or link to these Terms.

By accessing or using a covered service, or by selecting an acceptance checkbox or similar electronic mechanism where one is presented, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the applicable service.

02

Authority & Organizational Use

If you access a service on behalf of a company, government entity, institution, or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to act on behalf of that organization for purposes of the access or transaction involved.

Certain Meta Key services may be made available only to authorized users, customers, prospects, partners, evaluators, or other approved participants.

03

Website & Services

Meta Key develops and provides technology, enterprise architecture, decision intelligence, AI-enabled capabilities, and related services, including offerings associated with AI OS AWECORE™ and Global AI Matrix™.

Information made available on the public website is generally provided for informational, business-development, educational, or demonstration purposes unless expressly stated otherwise.

Product functionality, implementation scope, availability, licensing, deliverables, service levels, support obligations, pricing, security requirements, and other commercial terms are governed by the applicable written agreement where one exists.

04

AI-Enabled Features

Certain Meta Key services may use artificial intelligence, machine learning, analytics, automation, or other computational systems to generate information, recommendations, analyses, or outputs.

AI output requires judgment.

AI-generated information may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or inappropriate for a particular circumstance. Critical information should be independently reviewed and verified before reliance.

Unless expressly agreed in writing, AI output is not a substitute for professional, legal, financial, medical, engineering, security, regulatory, employment, or other specialized advice.

Users remain responsible for decisions, actions, approvals, and consequences arising from their use of AI-enabled functionality.

05

Acceptable Use

You may use Meta Key websites and services only for lawful, authorized purposes and in accordance with these Terms and any additional terms applicable to the service.

You must not:

  • use the services in violation of applicable law or another person's rights;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, data, infrastructure, or restricted areas;
  • bypass authentication, authorization, access, security, rate-limit, or technical controls;
  • interfere with, damage, disrupt, overload, or impair a service or supporting infrastructure;
  • introduce malicious code, harmful instructions, malware, or other destructive material;
  • falsely represent identity, authority, affiliation, or authorization;
  • use the services to obtain, expose, or distribute confidential or restricted information without authorization;
  • scrape, systematically extract, or bulk collect restricted content or data except where expressly authorized;
  • reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive protected source code, algorithms, model logic, prompts, architecture, or proprietary methods except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law;
  • use protected portions of the services, proprietary materials, or restricted outputs to train, develop, or improve a competing product or system without written authorization; or
  • assist another person in engaging in prohibited activity.
06

Accounts, Access & Security

Where authentication or account access is required, you are responsible for using credentials only as authorized and for taking reasonable steps to protect those credentials.

You must not knowingly share restricted access with unauthorized persons.

Access to certain environments may be subject to security, monitoring, logging, access control, or governance measures appropriate to the service or environment.

If you believe credentials, access rights, or a Meta Key environment have been compromised, notify Meta Key promptly.

Information You Submit

When you submit information through a website form or other general communication channel, you represent that you have the right to provide that information for the intended purpose.

Do not submit passwords, authentication secrets, classified information, export-controlled information, protected health information, financial account credentials, trade secrets, or other highly sensitive information through general website channels unless Meta Key has expressly provided an appropriate authorized method for doing so.

Third-Party Services

Meta Key websites or services may reference, link to, integrate with, or depend on third-party websites, software, platforms, infrastructure, APIs, or other services.

Third-party services may be governed by their own terms, policies, licenses, and privacy practices.

A link, integration, reference, or interoperability capability does not by itself imply that Meta Key controls or endorses every aspect of the third-party service.

10

Confidential Information

Public website access does not create a confidential relationship or nondisclosure obligation unless one is established separately in writing or otherwise required by law.

If confidential information is expected to be exchanged in connection with a demonstration, pilot, evaluation, procurement, partnership, or other engagement, the appropriate confidentiality agreement should be established before that information is exchanged.

11

Customer & Service-Specific Agreements

Enterprise deployments, pilots, subscriptions, professional services, licensing arrangements, government engagements, partnerships, demonstrations, data processing, and other commercial relationships may be governed by separate written agreements.

Where a signed agreement conflicts with these general Terms, the signed agreement governs the subject matter addressed by that agreement.

These general Terms do not create pricing commitments, implementation commitments, service-level commitments, product-roadmap commitments, security certifications, or other commercial obligations not expressly agreed in writing.

12

Availability & Changes

Website content, demonstrations, features, interfaces, services, and other materials may change, be updated, be limited, or be discontinued over time.

Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, descriptions of planned, developmental, beta, preview, demonstration, prototype, or future functionality are not a commitment to deliver that functionality by a particular date or at all.

13

Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by applicable law and except where a separate written agreement expressly provides otherwise, public website materials and general-access services are provided without a guarantee that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, or suitable for every purpose.

Website materials may contain technical, factual, typographical, or other errors and may become outdated.

Nothing on the public website should be treated as a guarantee of a particular business, operational, financial, employment, compliance, security, or other outcome.

14

Responsibility for Use

You are responsible for evaluating whether information, output, functionality, or recommendations are appropriate for your intended use.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights, remedies, or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Any contractual allocation of liability, indemnification, warranties, service levels, or remedies applicable to a customer engagement should be set out in the applicable written agreement.

15

Suspension or Restriction of Access

Meta Key may restrict or suspend access to a website, account, demonstration, protected environment, or service when reasonably necessary to protect security, users, systems, intellectual property, legal obligations, or the integrity of the service.

Customer-specific suspension, termination, renewal, and transition rights may be governed by the applicable written agreement.

16

Changes to These Terms

Meta Key may update these Terms as websites, services, technology, business practices, or applicable requirements change.

The effective date displayed at the top of this page indicates the version presented on the website.

When additional affirmative acceptance is required for a particular service or material change, an appropriate acceptance mechanism may be presented.

17
